With “split68” we aspire to change the perception and experience of fluorescent lighting. Its system structure encourages interaction with the light to modify it to suit changing situations and ones individual needs - splitting up the not long ago inflexible tube...
The modules are available in different length and are simply clipped onto the tube. SPLIT68 is the winner of a Bronze Award as well as the Best Internet Voting Award of the 18th Koizumi International Lighting Design Award 04/2005 held by Koizumi in Japan.
Together with the new member of our split series 'split3' we were proud to be invited to the Designmart, an exhibition within the Design Museum London (Sept 22nd-25th 2005) as well as the Twinkle-Twinkle exhibition organized by the British council.
